Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Speedy Car Wash mobile application (“App”), including processing payments and related features. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Check the App for the latest version.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and are not barred from using our services. To join our wash club (“SpeedyPass”), you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security; we are not liable for unauthorized access.

The App allows users to: (i) join SpeedyPass; (ii) pay for services via integrated payment processors; and (iii) view SpeedyPass history and make changes to your account;(iv) purchase gift cards and (v) receive notifications. All prices include taxes; you are responsible for applicable charges. No cash refunds at car wash locations.

You agree not to: (i) misuse the App; (ii) interfere with App functionality; (iii) violate laws or rights; (iv) upload harmful content; or (v) use the App for commercial purposes without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

The App and its content (e.g., logos, designs) are owned by Speedy Car Wash or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim liability for indirect damages. You indemnify us against claims arising from your use.

We may terminate access for violations. Upon termination, you must stop using the App; outstanding payments remain due.

These Terms are governed by U.S. laws (e.g., Kansas).

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which describes data collection.
