We at Speedy Car Wash (“Speedy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use the Speedy Car Wash mobile application (the “App”), our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

When you create an account, enroll in the wash club (“SpeedyPass”), manage your membership, or purchase a gift card, we collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, license plate and payment details.

We automatically collect certain information when you use the App, including your device type, unique device identifiers, browser type, broad geographic location (country or city-level) and usage patterns such as feature accessed and time spent in the App.

We use your information to (i) create and manage your account and membership; (ii) process payment and memberships securely, (iii) send you wash reminders, renewal notices and promotional offers (you may opt out); (iv) detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity; and (v) analyze usage to improve our Services and develop new features.

All payments are processed through trusted payment processors such as Worldpay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers; instead, we receive a secure token. Your payment data is handled in accordance with the payment provider’s privacy policy. We are PCI-DSS compliant and use encryption to protect transactions.

We may share your information with (i) payment processors to complete transactions; (ii) service providers (e.g., cloud hosting like AWS, analytics tools like Firebase/Google Analytics, push notification services); (iii) car wash location partners (limited data like club membership status for wash validation); (iv) law enforcement or regulators when required by law; and (v) in the event of a merger, sale or bankruptcy. We do not sell your personal information.

We use industry-standard security measures (e.g., encryption, firewalls) to protect your data. However, no method is 100% secure. We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined (e.g., active memberships) or as required by law (e.g., seven years for tax records). Inactive accounts may be deleted after two years.

You may (i) access, correct, or delete your data via App settings; (ii) opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe links provided); (iii) withdraw consent where applicable (e.g., location sharing). Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. We use safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
