How do I sign up for the SpeedyPass membership?

You can sign up online through our mobile app, through our storefront website, or at the paystation.

How does the RFID tag work?

Each vehicle receives one RFID tag installed by our team. When you pull up to the gate, the tag is read automatically so you can enter quickly without stopping.

Can I move my RFID tag to another vehicle?

No. Each membership is tied to one vehicle and one tag. Tags cannot be transferred or swapped between vehicles.

What if I get a new car, sell my car, or replace my windshield?

If your tag becomes unusable due to a vehicle sale, transfer, windshield replacement, or damage, simply stop by and we will install a replacement.

Is there a contract?

No. SpeedyPass is a month-to-month membership with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel anytime through the app or website.

When will I be billed?

Your credit card on file is charged automatically each month on the same date you signed up.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or partial credits are issued for unused days.

Do I get a refund if the wash is closed due to weather?

No.There are no refunds or prorated credits for temporary closures due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen events.

How often can I wash my car as a member?

As often as you like. SpeedyPass members enjoy unlimited washes every month.

Do you offer an annual unlimited plan?

Yes. SpeedyPass 365 offers one full year of unlimited washes for a one-time payment equal to 11 months of membership.

What types of vehicles can use the wash?

We are an express conveyor wash. Vehicles must meet safe-height and width requirements and must not have loose parts or aftermarket modifications that could cause damage. Our team may refuse unsafe vehicles.

Do I need to follow any rules inside the tunnel?

Yes. For safety, your vehicle must stay in Neutral, and you must not brake or steer during the wash. Truck beds must be empty and trailer hitches removed.

Does Speedy Car Wash offer detailing or interior cleaning?

No. We are an express exterior-only tunnel wash. Free vacuums are available for you to use after every wash.

How do I change my license plate, update my vehicle, or manage my membership?

Log in to the app or the online account portal to update your information anytime.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my wash?

If something does not look right, please let a team member know the same day and we will rewash your vehicle.

Which wash packages are available for membership?

SpeedyPass is available for the Ultimate, Wheel Deal, Protection, and Basic packages.

What cleaning chemicals do you use? Are they safe for the environment?

Yes. We use earth-friendly soaps that break down easily and do not harm the environment. We reclaim and responsibly dispose of our water to protect local rivers and streams.
